Returns & Exchanges

At La Colombe Coffee Workshop, we strive for perfection in every roast, but if you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns on non-perishable equipment and offer replacements for quality issues with our beans.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Contact Support

    Email our workshop team within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  • 2.
    Receive Authorization

    Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address for your items.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely package your unused equipment in its original packaging and include the RMA number inside the box before shipping it back to us.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    Once your return is inspected at our workshop, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
