How long does it take for my coffee to ship after roasting?
To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches. Orders typically ship within 24 to 48 hours of roasting, arriving at your door at the peak of flavor.
Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum longevity or choose from several grind settings including Drip, Espresso, or French Press to suit your brewing method.
What is your return policy on food items?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement.
How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?
We recommend storing your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture and odors can compromise the delicate flavor profiles.
Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?
